By Road

From London or the North:
Take the M5 South to the end of the motorway, and continue beyond Exeter on the A38 dual carriageway. At the A38/A380 fork, take the left-hand A380 towards Torbay (the right-hand fork can also be taken for a slightly longer route via Totnes). At the large Penn Inn roundabout at Newton Abbot, continue on the A380 towards Torquay. At the next roundabout, on the outskirts of Torquay, turn right to follow the A380 Ring Road.
